Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Instructor
Training Course
Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is one
of the most popular qigong around the world because it is
effective and easy to learn. The demand for tai chi qigong
instructors is increasing as baby boomers start to age and
as more people become aware of the benefits of qigong.
We always receive emails from interested students asking us
whether we know of any good tai chi or qigong instructors
teaching in their cities.
In this course, students will learn:
- The theory of qi and how practicing qigong can improve one's health
- The
details surrounding and reasoning behind each movement
which will yield answers to questions such as “Why
stances should be shoulder width apart? What happens if
you use a wider or narrower stance?”
- Individual form correction
- Abdominal breathing vs.
reverse breathing
- About the feelings to be
expected after practicing qigong and the meaning behind
each feeling
- About the common
mistakes students make when practicing Shibashi
- How to add extra
requirements to maximize the health benefits obtained
from practicing Shibashi
- How to incorporate
some simple yet powerful stances (zhuang) into Shibashi
- How to increase your
sensitivity to qi
- How to modify the form
when teaching seniors and those with special needs
- How to create a qi field
to magnify the benefits of group practice
- How to detect and defend themselves
from sick qi
A certificate will be issued
to those who successfully complete this course. Their
