Tai Chi Push Hand Essentials
You will learn:
- 3 Basic push hand routine
(fixed and moving steps)
- Yang style push hand routine (fixed and moving steps)
- Chen style push hand routine (fixed and moving steps)
- Silk reeling exercise to loosen all the joints
- How to use push hand practice as a way to check whether
you are doing your tai chi properly
- The tai chi principles and how to apply them in push hand
- How to add visualization into push hand (a good way to
train ones visualization skills
- How to remove your stiffness
- How to sink your qi to lower dan tian
- The difference between internal jing and external force
- Exercise to build up internal jing
- Exercise to loosen up the pelvis
- The proper mind state in push hand
- The importance of meditation and stances in push hand
- How to absorb the external force
- How to control a single point of your opponent (if you
control this accupoint, you control the whole person)
