Comprehensive Tai Chi Qigong (Instructor) Training Course

Segment 1 - Tai Chi Postures and Qigong Mode Requirements:

knowledge imparted and skills developed during this segment
could be applied to all different styles of qigong, tai chi and
even everyday life.

Wuji Stance
(standing qigong).

Principles
and theories of tai chi and qigong.

How to form
qi field to maximize the benefits of group practice.

Segment 2 - Inner Alchemy (Nei Dan):
This energy
cultivation system (meditative qigong) has at least 5000 years of
history. In the past, people practice this mainly for spiritual
purpose. However, its beginner and intermediate levels are very
good for improving health, longevity as well as developing brain
potential.
Beginner level -
Develop lower Dan Tian to build up enough Jing (sexual energy,
kidney energy / water energy) to improve overall health, vitality,
mental clarity and breathing efficiency.

Segment 3 - Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi:

the 18 movements.

How to apply
what is learned in Segment 1 & 2 into the movements.

increase neijing (internal power) from practising this form.

Segment 4 - Optional Instructor Exam (Individual
Assessment):
Those who intend to
teach qigong Shibashi and/or would like to be listed as a qualified qigong
instructor need to pass an exam at the end of the
workshop. The purpose of the exam is to ensure that
all the students fully understand all the concepts and
techniques covered in the workshop prior to teaching these
concepts and techniques to others.
An instructor certificate will be issued to those who
successfully passed the exam. Graduates have the
option of listing their names and contact information on the
instructor page
alongside other qualified tai chi qigong instructors
worldwide.
Prerequisite: Students be familiar with the concepts
of qi and qigong. Students should be able to recall and
perform all 18 movements of Shibashi
Date & Time: March 3rd 4pm-5pm
Examination:
A) Perform the first set of Shibashi
B) Demonstrate the different techniques learned during the
course
C) Correct the form of others
