Hello everyone,

I opened this tread to discuss on what levels of Tai Chi Chuan are people on, what we find easy and what we find hard, se we can work together and give advise to each other to improve our Tai Chi Chuan.
Some people might be learning the form or some people might have developed ting jing (sensitivity), dong jing (understanding power), jie jing (interpreting power) from pushing hands or some people might even be on a higher level such as supernormal powers.

Im looking forward on hearing from everyone.

I should say that the dong jing of Tai Chi is so hard to improve, but if your skill of dong jing is good, you are a expert.

hi i think the hardest actually is to keep on practicing every day,
because if you have a good teacher and are interested you can master all of these thing eventually some soon some later, you can always learn more but to keep on learning is the hardest i guess,...

peace to all of you

Really?

I think it is not the hardest to keep on practicing every day, in fact i do tai chi just 5 to 10 mins everyday.

I want to find a decent school of Tai Chi & Qi Kung in order to see how far one can go in doing it.
